Kurt Brown

Kurt is a professional Financial Advisor (AR#1259164) and principal operating his own financial planning practice in Sydney, Super Protect. Before embarking on a career in financial planning, Kurt had a successful plumbing operation – so he understands the challenges of running a business in the trade environment.

Over the years, Kurt has continued to build his client base thanks to his passionate approach to assisting people to improve their current and future financial position – regardless of their background. Kurt has also established strong relationships with FIFO workers. As an ex-tradie himself, Kurt has a unique appreciation for how hard FIFO’s work and how important it is for them to have a plan in place, to not only protect their income but to accumulate wealth for the future.

Kurt’s dedication to his clients meant that he saw a gap in the Financial Advice sector for an advisor who understands the needs of the everyday person who doesn’t normally engage a financial adviser for financial advice. Kurt’s priority is to meet clients and ensure that they receive advice that suits their needs. Kurt believes by achieving this he will be able to create and maintain a successful business.

Mitch Brown

Mitch has extensive knowledge of the Australian property market with this experience extending to the management and sale of commercial and residential investment properties.

Mitch has in the past focused on project analysis and marketing which has provided an understanding of the property cycles and the resulting opportunities these cycles create. This is commonly referred to as ‘watching the property clock’.

A decision to buy property comes down to both ‘time’ and ‘timing’ in any market. Mitch believes that you should make a property investment decision at a ‘time’ that reflects your personal situation, with the selection of a location for your investment being made to ensure your ‘timing’ reflects the current and potential future market conditions. This approach can assist in early capital growth.

In recent years Mitch has advanced into the financial planning world where he wanted to offer his property clients a spread of both property and other investments to achieve a diversified portfolio.

Mitch has achieved his goal by working under Australian Advisor Collective (AFSL 511679) who recognises property has a place within a diversified financial portfolio. Typically, many other financial planning groups simply recommend managed investment funds or the share market for clients.

Mitch is a financial advisor (AR#1280865) operating within a successful financial services business domiciled in NSW. He is authorised to provide personal advice under supervision with Super Protect for the following financial products:
